If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply curious about yourself and your patterns, therapy can be a supportive and transformative space. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit—therapy can help with navigating life transitions, processing grief or trauma, improving relationships, managing stress or anxiety, or reconnecting with parts of yourself that feel lost. If you're wondering whether therapy is right for you, that wondering itself is often a sign you're ready to explore something more.
Each session is 50 minutes. Longer sessions are available upon request. While I can offer recommendations based on your needs and goals, you are always in control of what feels right for you. Some clients find what they need in just a few sessions, while others choose to continue our work together over a longer period. It all depends on what you’re looking for and what supports your goals and growth best. I typically recommend starting with weekly sessions, if your schedule and finances allow, as this can help build momentum in the early stages. As we continue working together, we may transition to biweekly sessions based on your progress and needs. Some clients begin with biweekly sessions right from the start, which can also be effective. Once we’ve established a foundation, we’ll collaborate to find a session frequency that feels right for you.
In our first few sessions, we’ll review the legal and ethical aspects of therapy, explore your goals, and begin building the foundation of our therapeutic relationship. This is also your opportunity to get a sense of whether my style and presence feel like a good fit for you.
As we move forward, each session is shaped by your needs. Some clients come in with a clear topic in mind, while others discover what they want to focus on in the moment. You might choose to journal or take notes between sessions, begin with a grounding practice like breathwork or guided imagery, or explore other approaches that help you settle in. There’s no one right way—it’s all about what supports you best.
My priority is that you receive the care that feels right for you, whether that’s with me or someone else. I hope that as you explore this website, you get a feel for who I am and how I work. I welcome your feedback and, if at any point it feels like we’re not the right match, I’d be happy to offer referrals to help you find a therapist who is.
I work with adults (18 and older) and welcome individuals from all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences. People seek therapy for many reasons, and all are valid. Some of the areas I commonly support clients with include:
This list isn’t exhaustive—your reasons for seeking therapy are personal and unique. If you're wondering whether we might be a good fit, I'm happy to talk further or help connect you with the support that’s right for you.
My fee is $175 per 50-minute session. Extended sessions are available upon request for an additional fee.
I am considered an Out-of-Network Provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, I’m happy to provide a superbill or detailed statement upon request, which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. If you plan to seek reimbursement, I recommend contacting your insurance provider in advance to confirm your out-of-network benefits and understand any risks or limitations involved in submitting claims.
Payment is due at the time of service.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged the full session fee. Late cancellations or missed appointments without 24-hour notice will be billed in full.
