Brainspotting is a powerful, neuroscience-informed therapy that helps individuals access and process deep emotional and physical experiences that are often beyond the reach of traditional talk therapy. Developed by Dr. David Grand, Brainspotting is based on the principle that “where you look affects how you feel.” By guiding a client’s gaze to specific eye positions—called brainspots—this method taps into the brain’s natural ability to heal, targeting the subcortical areas where trauma and emotional patterns are stored.
Working directly with the body’s autonomic and limbic systems, Brainspotting allows for the release of unresolved pain, trauma, or sense of "stuck-ness", in a safe enviornment without the need to relive or explain it in detail. Through a supportive therapeutic relationship, gentle attunement, and tools like bilateral stimulation, clients are able to process trauma, reduce anxiety, and move through grief, chronic pain, or performance blocks.
More than just a method for healing, Brainspotting also helps people reconnect with parts of themselves that may have felt lost or disconnected—restoring a deeper sense of presence, confidence, creativity, and wholeness. The possibilities are endless.

Nature Therapy, also known as Outdoor Therapy or Ecotherapy, is a healing practice that takes therapy beyond the walls of an office and into the natural world. Grounded in the belief that we are deeply connected to nature, this approach supports emotional well-being, self-awareness, and nervous system regulation through intentional time spent outdoors.
Sessions may include walking, sitting, or simply being present in nature, and are tailored to each person’s comfort and goals. The natural environment becomes both a setting and a co-facilitator of the therapeutic process—helping to reduce stress, foster clarity, and deepen connection to self and surroundings.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, or simply seeking a more embodied and spacious way to do therapy, Nature Therapy offers a grounded, restorative path toward healing and reconnection.

Trauma-Informed Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, grounded in the principles of Natural Lifemanship, is a relationship-focused, body-based approach to healing that integrates neuroscience, attachment theory, and the transformative power of connection—with ourselves, others, and equines.
Rather than using horses for activities or tasks, this approach emphasizes building safe, connected, and attuned relationships with them—relationships that mirror and support the healing of human relational patterns. Sessions are experiential and take place on the ground (not necessarily riding), where clients engage with horses in ways that promote regulation, trust, and connection.
Natural Lifemanship is rooted in the understanding that healing trauma requires both connection and structure. Through mindful interactions with horses, clients learn to recognize their own nervous system responses, practice healthy boundaries, and develop resilience. Horses, with their deep sensitivity and honest feedback, become powerful co-regulators and partners in the therapeutic process.
This modality is especially supportive for, though not exclusive to, individuals healing from trauma, attachment wounds, and relational challenges. It offers a unique, embodied path to rebuilding inner safety, restoring choice, and fostering meaningful connection.

Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy is a gentle and empowering therapeutic approach that combines the wisdom and lineage of yoga with trauma-sensitive techniques to support healing and emotional well-being. Unlike traditional yoga classes, this Yoga Therapy is specifically designed to be sensitive to the needs of all individuals, offering a safe and supportive space to reconnect with the body, mind, and spirit.
In a session, the emphasis is on building a sense of safety, choice, and empowerment. Clients are guided through practices that focus on mindful movement, breathwork, grounding techniques, and body awareness, all while respecting personal boundaries and pacing. This approach helps to release stored tension, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate greater self-awareness and self-compassion.
These sessions are not about achieving perfect poses, but about finding connection, release, and healing through the amazing body. It can be particularly helpful for offering an embodied path toward recovery, emotional resilience, and self-regulation.
Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this therapeutic approach provides a compassionate and integrative way to navigate challenges, release emotional blockages, and break free from stuck patterns—helping you reconnect with your inner strength and restore a sense of balance and well-being.

Brainspotting isn’t only for healing trauma—it’s also a powerful tool for growth, expansion, and performance enhancement. Whether you're an artist, athlete, student, entrepreneur, performer, or simply someone seeking to access your full potential, Brainspotting can help uncover and remove internal blocks, fine-tune focus, and deepen your connection to creativity, confidence, and flow.
